Work Is Worship

Work is worship

Work is worship. I can’t always pitch in to help the Center financially or be at an event to help out physically, but I know that the Center, its members, and its events are an integral part of my personal growth and healing.

To pay the Center back for what I have received, I don my work clothes, put on a pair of gloves, and head down to the meadow, ready and willing to do what’s needed-whether it be hauling and splitting wood, mowing the grass, or repairing the roof on the arbor. I’ll do whatever it takes to support the one place that is always in support of my path to personal peace. It is a great feeling to give something back for what I’ve received, and in that way, I experience the meaning of the phrase, “work is worship.”

If you, too, would like to support the Center and give something back for what you have received, join us on our Work Is Worship days. Workdays are always filled with fun, fellowship, and laughter (and lunch)! Check our calendar for the latest dates.
